The IT-DT389 Chrome Dash Trim Kit dresses the dashboard of a Peterbilt 389, 379 and similar long-hood cabs with a set of pre-cut ABS chrome inserts — one for each gauge cluster, switch panel and dash bezel. Triple-plated chrome over impact-resistant ABS so it will not crack when the cab flexes over Cayman speed bumps, and marine-grade clear-coated so it holds up against the humidity that eats cheap plastic-chrome in a season. Installs with automotive-grade 3M tape (included). Non-destructive — everything lifts off cleanly if you ever want to return the interior to stock. Ships as a complete matched set. If you are already replacing gauges or the steering wheel, this is the trim that ties the whole cab together.
