Terms of Sale
1. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The sale is complete when we confirm the order by phone, WhatsApp or email. We may decline an order if stock is unavailable or the delivery address falls outside Grand Cayman.
2. Prices
All prices are in Cayman Islands dollars (KYD) and are confirmed by our system at the moment the order is placed. Prices shown elsewhere, including cached pages and shared links, are not binding.
3. Payment
Two methods are accepted: cash on delivery, paid to the driver in KYD; and bank or account transfer, where the order is dispatched once the funds clear and the order number is used as the payment reference. We take no card or online payments.
4. Delivery
Delivery fees are set per district and shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive and pay for the order.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel before dispatch at no charge. Once an order is out for delivery, our Returns & Warranty terms apply instead.
6. Fitment information
Vehicle fitment data is a guide. Final responsibility for confirming a part suits your truck rests with you or your mechanic. We will always help you check before you buy.
7. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for vehicle downtime, lost earnings or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under Cayman Islands law.
8. Your data
Personal details are handled under the Cayman Islands Data Protection Act, 2017, as set out in our Privacy Notice.
