Heavy Duty Shock Absorber

The IT-SA579 Heavy Duty Shock Absorber is a twin-tube nitrogen-charged damper sized to fit the front and rear axles of most heavy-duty trucks — Peterbilt 379/389, Kenworth W900, Freightliner Classic and Cascadia, and comparable medium-duty rigs. Cayman roads are not kind to shocks: chip-seal surfaces past Bodden Town, speed bumps into every industrial estate, and the constant low-frequency wash of a full-load return trip. Blown shocks show up as bouncing over speed bumps, uneven tyre wear across the tread, and a wandering feel at highway speed. This unit uses a hardened chrome rod, precision-honed bore, and a nitrile main seal rated for continuous tropical operation. Sold individually — replace in axle pairs. Stocked at our George Town workshop and delivered island-wide with cash on delivery. Fits standard eye-and-eye or eye-and-loop mounts.
